Riding on this momentum, under the cooperation framework of the "Diamond Hexagon" between China and Cambodia, efforts will continue to advance the industrialization, internationalization, and securitization of the special economy zone. This includes accelerating the integration of industry and the city, education and industry, and the development of enterprises with social responsibility. The goal is to achieve higher-level construction and higher-quality development, becoming a leading area in Cambodia's "industrial development corridor" and making new and greater contributions to the high-quality development of the "Belt and Road" initiative and the construction of a community with a shared future between China and Cambodia.
